Mangaluru, July 19:

Yamaha Music Square Mangalore introduced on Tuesday July 19th the brand new line of Revstar electric guitars recently launched by Yamaha Music Worldwide.

Originally launched in 2015, Revstar was Yamaha’s first new electric guitar series in over a decade, building on the brand’s heritage in electric guitar design and motorcycle design origins from the Yamaha Motor Company.

“The original Revstar concept was inspired by cafe racer motorcycles, high performance racing machines that showcased the personality of riders,” “The new Revstar series refines this concept with improved playability, versatility and tone, for players interested in classic styling with modern enhancements.”

Revstar guitars are synonymous with versatility with unique switch options included.

The new Revstar series comes in three tiers: Element, Standard, and the professional made in Japan. All models feature chambered bodies developed with Yamaha’s signature acoustic design process. Using advanced measurement and modeling tools, Yamaha developed the chambering pattern to precisely shape the sound and increase resonance while reducing weight and optimizing balance.

The all-new 2022 Revstar guitars were unveiled at Yamaha Music Square here at 5 p.m. by guest of honor Patrick Pereira (Patma), a well-known musician and teacher from Mangalore. Also in attendance would be Joseph D’Souza, musician and head teacher at Yamaha Music Square and Ripple Boruah, guitar specialist at Yamaha Music India, New Delhi.

Yamaha Music Square is open on Sundays for the convenience of customers who wish to visit the store from places outside of Mangaluru like Udupi, Kundapur, Puttur, etc.
